Set-up Chit-Chat!

Well, a step into the future for me!
This is a new page to the IMPs web-site so that I can upload(?) my reports hot off the press, as you might say.
A lot of the items will also be placed in the regular newsletter and , of course, IMPRINT.
There is something, as with daily newspapers, about awaiting the clack of the letter-box and the thud as the latest edition of Imprint falls to the floor.
However much technology we have to let into our lives, there is nothing like holding and reading a magazine, a book or a newspaper written in words that most of the older generation understand!
So as an opening shot, I'd like to briefly mentioned the superb effort that Nick Cowles put into the 70th Jeep rally - photos of which you may see on www.seqphotography.co.uk and the galleries password is "imps" - which ended with my Jeep being towed home on a bar!
No.4 piston ring decided to break up.
The following Friday saw the members of East Kent Imps, sit down to a meal at the Jackdaw Pub in Denton.
This is about halfway between our club night meeting hostelry and the distance between the furthest apart members.
This Thursday (15th) will see a buffet meal at our regular meeting place for those that couldn't/wouldn't make the Jackdaw.
Well, I'll now try and load up a couple of photos to complete this 'opening shot' at using a web-site. If all goes well, then I hope that you will enjoy reading this page and look forward to meeting some of you at the various rallys next year.
