This is a .44 Russian Revolver by Smith & Wesson circa 1887 – 6 inch barrel – Very strong rifling but one or two light pits – Very good lock up as is the timing – Tight frame to barrel assembly – Nice grips with no visible damage – Blueing has turned to a nice brown patina all over – A very tidy revolver - No licence to own under section 58-2 of the 1968 Firearms Act as a Curio or Antique.
